Higashi-Isahaya Station consists of two facing side platforms serving two tracks. It is an unmanned station with no station building.

History

  • March 24, 1934 - Opening by the Japanese Government Railways
  • June 6, 1976 - The track from Tosu to Nagasaki is electrified.
