Aurangabad harshvardhan jadhav resignes
Harshvardhan Jadhav (Marathi: हर्षवर्धन जाधव) is an Indian politician and Shiv Sena leader from Aurangabad district, Marathwada. He is a member of the 13th Maharashtra Legislative Assembly. He represents the Kannad Assembly Constituency. He has been elected to Vidhan Sabha for two consecutive terms in 2009 and 2014.

On 6 January 2017, Jadhav was convicted for the 2011 assault of a police officer and attempt to damage a car belonging to former Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan. In 2011, he attempted to ram his car into Chavan's vehicle when he was stopped by an officer whom Jadhav allegedly got into an altercation to and assaulted.
