Harrison Jean "Jim" Kaiser (August 15, 1899 – February 23, 1974) was an American football, basketball, and baseball coach.

Lock Haven

Kaiser was the head football coach at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. He led the team for the 1932 and 1933 seasons, posting a total record of 12–3–1. For the 1933 season, his team outscored opponents by a total of 240 to 22 and achieved seven shutouts.

Central Connecticut

Kaiser was the first head coach at Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, Connecticut and he held that position for nine seasons, from 1935 until 1947. His coaching record at Central Connecticut was 30–16–6.
