Harold Ernest Joseph Kahn (born August 22, 1956) is an American judge for the Superior Court of San Francisco. He was appointed by California Governor Gray Davis on April 23, 2001, replacing judge George T. Chopplelas, who had retired.
He attended the University of Chicago law school.
Kahn has presided over the Pao vs. Kleiner Perkins sexual discrimination trial between 2012 and 2015.
