Hakea cyclocarpa, commonly known as the Ramshorn hakea, is a shrub of the genus Hakea native to an area along the west coast in the Peel and South West regions of Western Australia.

The spindly lignotuberous shrub typically grows to a height of 1 to 2.5 metres (3.3 to 8.2 ft). It blooms from August to October and produces white and red-brown flowers.
