Hagan Evans is a Welsh rugby union and professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1940s, playing club level rugby union (RU) for Llanelli RFC, and playing representative level rugby league (RL) for Wales, and at club level for Bradford Northern, and Hull, as a loose forward/lock, i.e. number 13, in the era of contested scrums.

Hagen Evans' brother, Peter Evans, captained Llanelli RFC and was capped twice by Wales (RU) in 1951 against England and France
