HC CSKA Sofia is an ice hockey team from Sofia, Bulgaria that currently plays in the Bulgarian Hockey League. They are a department of the United Sports Clubs of CSKA Sofia.

History

The club was founded as CDNA Sofia in 1964, but changed their name to their present one, CSKA Sofia in 1965. The club has won thirteen Bulgarian Hockey League championships, second in the country, behind HK Levski Sofia. The club dominated the Bulgarian League from 1964-1986, when they won all thirteen of their championships. CSKA also won all twelve of their Bulgarian Cup titles between 1964-1987. Their second-place finish in 2009 was their best finish in twenty years
