Grevillea secunda is a shrub of the genus Grevillea native to an area in the Goldfields-Esperance region of Western Australia.

The shrub typically grows to a height of 0.3 to 0.5 metres (1.0 to 1.6 ft) and has non-glaucous branchlets. It has simple dissected leaves with a blade that is 40 to 90 millimetres (1.57 to 3.54 in). It blooms in July and produces a terminal raceme irregular inflorescence with red or pink flowers and red styles. Later it forms simple brown ellipsoidal hairy fruit that is 10 to 13 mm (0.4 to 0.5 in) long.
