Grevillea diversifolia, the variable-leaved grevillea, is a shrub in the family Proteaceae. It is endemic to the south-west of Western Australia. It has an erect or spreading shrub habit, growing to between 1 and 5 metres in height and has a peak flowering period between July and October (mid winter to mid spring) in its native range.

The species was first formally described by botanist Carl Meissner in 1845 in Plantae Preissianae.

Two subspecies are currently recognised:

  • G. diversifolia Meisn. subsp. diversifolia
  • G. diversifolia subsp. subtersericata McGill.
