Gnorimoschema rotundatum is a moth in the Gelechiidae family. It was described by Povolný in 1998. It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from Alberta, Ontario and Quebec.

The length of the forewings is about 5.8 mm. The forewings are covered by a mixture of uniform deep grey scales with blackish tips. Deep black scales indicate blackish stigmata near the forewing base and near the centre.
