Globo is listed on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market (GBO: LN)"Share price information". Retrieved 27 January 2015. Globo acquired Notify Technology in October 2013, adding Mobile Device Management (MDM) capabilities to its EMM product offering and expanding its operations in the USA. In June 2014, Globo acquired Sourcebits, a designer and developer of apps.

On 23 October 2015, trading in Globo shares was suspended. On 26 October, CEO Konstantinos Papadimitrakopoulos and CFO Dimitris Gryparis resigned, having informed the board of directors about "certain matters regarding the falsification of data and misrepresentation of the company's financial situation". Globo stated that they would appoint an independent forensic accounting team to investigate allegations raised by Quintessential Capital Management, an American hedge fund. On 22 October, Papadimitrakopoulos sold 42 million shares. Zero Hedge noted that these events showed that "the company was a pure fraud as so many short sellers had claimed in the past".

Enterprise Mobility Management

GO!Enterprise EMM suite cover broad range of capabilities (MDM, MEM, MAM, MCM and TEM) needed to manage and secure mobile devices, data and apps in the enterprise. The suite consists of two solutions:

GO!Enterprise MDM: A mobile device management platform that provides visibility, control, management oversight and policy enforcement to secure corporate owned, personally enabled (COPE) and individual-liable (BYOD) devices across different operating systems, carriers, or email platforms. It can either be deployed on-premises or on-demand (SaaS). Key features include: security, policy creation and compliance management, real-time statistics, application and file management, end user self-service portal and enterprise integration.

GO!Enterprise Workspace: An enterprise mobility platform that provides management, security, control, visibility and compliance for enterprise apps and data. Key features include: app management, content management, secure office productivity suite, custom business apps, backend enterprise integration and data loss prevention. It has two components:

A secure mobile application ‘container’ that:

Runs on a mobile device

Separates work and personal apps/data

Protects data in transit and data at rest inside the container using FIPS 140-2 validated cryptography that implements AES 256-bit encryption

Controls all mobile app access through strong user authentication controls

Prevent data loss through data sharing controls

Mobile Back-End Services that include:

Integration: Gateway-based connectivity to web services (SOAP, WCF, REST), databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, ODBC) and RSS feeds.

Data synchronization: Implemented in the form of push-based data updates from the server and store-and-forward mechanisms on the device.

Push notifications.

Mobile Application Management: Includes over-the-air application distribution & updates as well as enforcement of various access control and security policies.

Mobile App Development Platform

GO!AppZone is a mobile application development platform for developing, testing, building and deploying cross-platform mobile apps for a wide variety of use cases for customers (B2C apps), partners (B2B apps) and employees (B2E apps). It has these components:

GO!AppZone Studio: A visual IDE that enables the development of mobile apps by dragging and dropping ready-made UI components and configuring data sources. HTML, CSS and JavaScript can be used for on-device business logic and dynamic UI customization. The IDE supports a “develop once, deploy to many” approach via a cross-platform JavaScript API and a set of components that expose a native-like look and feel. Supported platforms include: Android, iOS, Windows Phone/Windows 8 & Blackberry.

GO!AppZone Test: A cloud based service that allows testing of mobile apps via a companion app (GO!AppZone ShowTime) for agile development and rapid prototyping. It includes a subscription to developer edition of the MBaaS component (see Mobile Back-end Services section below).

GO!AppZone Build: A cloud based service that automates the process of compiling native apps for multiple mobile platforms. Developers can configure their build jobs and initiate their cloud-based compilations from the IDE component. The need to install or maintain SDKs for each target mobile platform is obviated. Depending on the platform, it supports:

app-store ready apps

enterprise apps for distribution within an enterprise

beta apps for testing/reviewing within a group of selected users

Mobile Back-End Services: This component can reside either on premises (GO!Enterprise Server - mentioned in the EMM product line section above) or in the cloud as an MBaaS (GO!AppZone Deploy).

For its EMM product line, the company was recognized as a Niche player in Gartner’s first Magic Quadrant report for EMM in 2014 & 2015 as well as in Ovum’s 2014-2015 Decision Matrix report for EMM.

For its MADP product line, the company was recognized as a Challenger in Gartner's 2015 MADP magic quadrant report, in Gartner's 2015 Critical Capabilities for MADP report, and in Ovum’s 2015-2016 Decision Matrix report for MADP.
