Giulio Gallazzi (born 8 January 1964 in Bologna, Italy) is an Italian businessman. He is the Chairman/CEO of SRI Group, a multinational management consultancy and corporate finance advisory company founded in 2001.

Life and education
Graduated with highest grades in Business and Economics from University of Bologna.Achieved his MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management, Milan. He joined Harvard Business School, Boston (USA) as a Visiting Scholar. Giulio Gallazzi is married with Serena Bortolini and has two children, Virginia and Filippo.
Business career
In 2001 he founded SRI Group. Today, SRI Group is a UK-based multinational company with head office in London and operational offices in Italy, China and Mexico.
He has served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Ansaldo STS, an international leading company, listed on the Milan stock exchange with a global presence in signalling and implementation of integrated transport systems for Freight, passenger Railways and Mass Transit.
He is currently a member of the Board of Directors at Banca Carige, one of the largest banks in Italy.
He is also a Member of the Board of Directors at Terni Energia, one of the largest companies operating in the Renewable Energies and Environmental services sector in Italy, listed at the Milan Stock Exchange market.
He's Visiting Professor at the John Paul II Pontifical Institute for Studies on Marriage and the Family in the Vatican City State, where he lectures on finance and sustainable development.
Achievements
He used to be a keen American Football player (1984-1989), winning both the Italian championship in Super Bowl VI (1986 - Warriors Bologna) and European championships in Helsinki (1987 - Italian National Team) captaining the Italian team. He was voted MVP in 1988.
In 2010 he received the prestigious Business Internationalisation Award from the British Government (www.uk-italybusinessawards.it). To celebrate the success of Entrepreneurial Initiative that has chosen the United Kingdom as a key market for their international business development.
In 2013 Gallazzi received the “Panda d’Oro Award” in Shanghai, from the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) under the patronage of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Chinese Government. The “Panda d’Oro Award”, recognizes Chinese and Italian companies which most contributed to the development and reinforcement of bilateral economic relations between the two Countries.
