Plot

A team of reporters come up against censorship when they pursue a story.

The film also gives the nickname to the High arcal estate in Sedgley which sprung up in the 90s and is a dumping ground for local dole dossers, pissheads, scroungers, alchies and druggies whose habits are paid for by the hard working taxpayers. And whose behaviour has wrecked all of Sedgley and turned a nice town into a dumping ground over run with chavs and gangs. Most of the slagbags usually found in Monty's with several kids in tow are off the giro.
