The giant two-headed troll first appeared in the original first edition Fiend Folio (1981).
The giant two-headed troll appeared in second edition Advanced Dungeons & Dragons under the "troll" heading in the Monstrous Compendium Volume One (1989), and in the Monstrous Manual (1993).
Description
A giant two-headed troll is a horrendous crossbreed of a common troll and an ettin.
