Ghazial is a town of Mulhal Mughlan Union Council. Since 1947 Chakwal was a part of Jehlum District. In 1985 Chakwal became a district with four Tehsils. The district is administratively subdivided into four tehsils, named Chakwal Tehsil, Kallar Kahar Tehsil, Choa Saidan Shah Tehsil and Talagang Tehsil. Ghazial was included in Chakwal Tehsil with Mulhal Mughlan Union Council.

Ghazial is located in lundi patti and it is situated on East side of Chakwal City near Jehlum road. And it is in south east side of Mulhal Mughlan with two linked roads.
This is situated on the West side of Jehlum border with iappet of Barnali and National Hunting hill Dil Jaba forest. This is a very beautiful and green land with a population of 7000.Around it there are many sub villages "dhoke rehra, ratta mohra, Mehmood mohra, moohri, and potha". Ghazial's east side is situated a small hill named khandda, the story tellers say, on that place in past there was a city named khandda presentley it has totally been abolished. The people of certain nearest villages dig and find many old things. According to old people many of them found out gold, and some of them had observed human bones. There is a small dam on north west side of this town named as GHAZIAL DAM.

- Near the Sohawa 2 km away going from Sohawa to Rawalpindi situated "Chakwal junction" which lead to Chakwal, on Jehlum to Chakwal road on distance of 34 km before the police check post (Mulhal Mughlan) a link road to photaki on this road 10 km away situated ghazial town.
- From chakwal city on tehsil chowk to Jehlum chakwal road on 32 km distance (from a village Jand Khanzada on Jehlum Road) indicating 7 km link road to Ghazial.
Other side from jehlum with one linked road from Mughalabad to Ghazial. Mughalabad is located on south west side of Jehlum from Dinna.
Education
It is a town of well educated people that contributed in development of Chakwal and Pakistan. Sons of Ghazial prefer to join Armed Forces and Education department. A large number of these teachers prove to be the best teachers in the district.

There is a high school for boys, two Primary Schools for girls and one High School for girls.
