Juris "George" Dancis (born November 25, 1931) is an Australian former basketball player of Latvian descent who represented Australia at the 1956 Summer Olympics.
Born in Latvia, Juris was raised in the Riga district of "Vecāķi". Juris is married to Liesma, and they have a son, Pēteris. Juris' younger brother, Miķelis Dancis, was also a member of the Australian Basketball team. Dancis and his family reside in Adelaide, South Australia.
In 2006, Dancis was inducted into the Australian Basketball Hall of Fame.
