Gary Halpin (born 14 February 1966) in Dublin, is a former Irish rugby union international player who played for the Irish national rugby union team. He played as a prop. He played for the Ireland team from 1990 to 1995, winning 11 caps and scoring one try, after making his debut in January 1990 against England in a 23-0 defeat. He was part of the Ireland squad at the 1991 Rugby World Cup and the 1995 Rugby World Cup.
