Gameren is a village in the Dutch province of Gelderland. It is a part of the municipality of Zaltbommel, and lies about 14 km (8.7 mi) northwest of 's-Hertogenbosch.

Gameren was a separate municipality until 1955, when it was merged with Kerkwijk.
In 2001, the village of Gameren had 1288 inhabitants. The built-up area of the village was 0.46 km2 (0.18 sq mi), and contained 475 residences. The statistical area "Gameren", which also can include the peripheral parts of the village, as well as the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 1940.
