Frontier Central High School is located in the Southtowns of Western New York. The school had an enrollment of 1,686 students ranging from 9-12 grade in the 2009-10 school year. Their athletic mascot is a blue falcon and their chief athletic rivals are Hamburg High School and Orchard Park High School.

History
In 2012, renovations commenced on the science wing, the auditorium, and basement. A new library was added, and the main hallway was renovated. In addition, a new vestibule was constructed next to the new library. All the renovations were completed in 2014.
