Frank Wayne Marsh (born June 19, 1940 in La Grande, Oregon), is a former professional American football defensive back in the American Football League for the San Diego Chargers. He played college football at Oregon State University.

Dallas Cowboys
He was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Dallas Cowboys in 1963, but was released before the season started.

Marsh played only the 1967 AFL season for the San Diego Chargers as a defensive back.
