In 2000, it completed the acquisition of Fuelman and created ARCO fleet card.

In 2004, it completed the acquisition of Mannatec, a petroleum distributors fleet card company in North American.

In 2006, it completed the acquisition of Keyfuels, a petroleum distributor fleet card company in the United Kingdom and CCS, a fleet card company in Czech Republic.

In 2007, it completed the acquisition of the Fuelcard Company, a commercial fuel card reseller in the United Kingdom.

On June 15, 2012, it completed the acquisition of a Russian fuel card company.

On July 3, 2012, it completed the acquisition of CTF Technologies, Inc.

In March 2013, it completed the acquisition of certain fuel card assets from GE Capital Australia's Custom Fleet leasing business.

In May 2013, it completed the acquisition of Cardlink Systems Ltd.
