Falen Bonsett Lambert (born April 6, 1984) is an American radio talk show co-host. She is known for co-hosting on the Dave Ryan in the Morning Show on 101.3 KDWB-FM, an iHeart Radio station broadcasting throughout the Greater Minneapolis-Saint Paul area. Bonsett was voted the 3rd best female talk radio host in the United States and one of the "hottest women in radio"

Early life
Bonsett was born in New Washington, Indiana. She majored in communication at the University of Southern Indiana in 2006. Before she co-hosted the Dave Ryan in the Morning Show, she worked as a co-host in Reno, Nevada on the KWYL Wild 102.9 Morning Show from 2010-2012.
Relationships
Falen Bonsett Lambert married Paul "Meatsauce" Lambert, who works for sister station KFAN in April 2014.
Careers
Bonsett worked at Citadel Broadcasting. After she worked at Cumulus Media from 2010-2012. Then in 2012-present she moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota and started working for iHeart Media Inc. Bonsett now works with Dave Ryan and Steve "Steve-O" LaTart. On the side, Bonsett hosts the KDWB book club and participates in many organizations such as Pause4Paws, which she is on the Board of Directors.
