Richard E. "Dick" Albert (February 29, 1944 – August 4, 2017) was the co-chief meteorologist on WCVB-TV in Boston, Massachusetts, along with Harvey Leonard. He was with the station from 1978 to 2009, delivering the evening and nighttime forecasts. He presented the 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. weather reports on NewsCenter 5, while Leonard worked on the 5:30 and 11:00 p.m. newscasts.

On February 4, 2009, Albert announced his retirement. His final forecast was on February 26.

In late 2010, he contributed to the book Extreme New England Weather, written by Josh Judge, with his thoughts on "The Perfect Storm" of 1991.

On August 4, 2017, Albert died at the age of 73 following complications due to pneumonia.

A native of Newton, Massachusetts, Albert studied at University of Michigan and worked in Denver and at KRON-TV in San Francisco. He also served as an Air Force weatherman.

Albert lived in Boston with his wife, Mary Ann. They had two sons.
