Derk Cheetwood (born October 8, 1973) is an American singer and actor who appears on the soap opera General Hospital on a recurring basis as bodyguard Max Giambetti, who works for mob boss Sonny Corinthos. He is the cousin of Tyler Christopher, who plays Nikolas Cassadine on General Hospital, and the older brother of Drew Cheetwood, who plays Milo Giambetti on the show. He also had an appearance on the 1995 sitcom Brotherly Love in the episode "Witchcraft".

Derk is married to Cari Costner, Kevin Costner's niece, and the two share a daughter Kylie Danielle, born January 30, 2008. Their second daughter Audrey Jane was born October 14, 2010. Their third child, a son, named Cody Maclean was born on February 9, 2015.
