Darshan Kumar is an Indian actor who appears primarily in Bollywood films. He made his debut with the film Mary Kom (2014) opposite Priyanka Chopra, as a male lead. Previously, He also appeared in the 2003 Salman Khan starrer movie Tere Naam as one of the friends of Radhe.

Biography
Kumar was born in New Delhi, India. At the age of 24, he moved to Mumbai and worked with Sahej theatre group for five years and later with Motley Productions where he met and learned from Naseeruddin Shah for next ten years.
Career
Kumar was offered an audition for the 'Mary Kom' film by the casting director of the film. Kumar's first movie was NH10 with Anushka Sharma but, it was Mary Kom with Priyanka Chopra that was released first.
