Cowal Community Hospital, formerly known as "Dunoon General Hospital", it is a Community Hospital in Dunoon on the Cowal peninsula, Argyll and Bute in the West of Scotland. It is managed by NHS Highland. This hospital provides cover for the Cowal peninsula population, numbering some fifteen thousand people.

It has a GP-led Accident and Emergency Department, a Maternity Unit, Dental Surgery Suite, an eight bed General Ward and there is also numerous Consultant led Clinics held at the hospital.

A charity funded six bed Paliative Care Hospice is located within Cowal Community Hospital.
Controversies
In 2012 a nurse was struck off, after it emerged that so much internet pornography was viewed on their NHS laptop, that the entire hospitals IT network was slowed down.
