Plot
Ray Thompson, a narcotics cop recently back on duty after a suspension receives a package at the station which leads to a website that shows a madman holding a kid hostage. The kid, however, has explosives strapped to his body. The criminal demands a $6 million ransom, which is then set up by Lt. Cronin, who makes Ray the bagman. When things go for the worst, Ray shoots and kills the madman before he sets the explosives off. With a remaining 19 hours and 1 minutes left, Ray has to team up with Internal Affairs agent Julia Baker to locate the lair where the child is hidden before it's too late.
