Cornelius "Neal" Plantinga, Jr. (born 14 February 1946 in Jamestown, North Dakota) was president of Calvin Theological Seminary in Grand Rapids, Michigan from 2002 through 2011.

Plantinga received an A.B. from Calvin College in 1967, a B.D. from Calvin Theological Seminary in 1971, and a Ph.D. from Princeton Theological Seminary in 1982. He is the brother of philosopher Alvin Plantinga and musicologist Leon Plantinga.
