The Conservative Party in the United States refers to various state parties that had no connection with one another. There was never a national party with a similar name.

In 2015, there is no nationwide party; the only state-level party is the small Conservative Party of New York State.

The state parties elected six men to the U.S. Congress :

  • two representatives at the end of the 26th United States Congress
  • two representatives at the end of the 40th United States Congress
  • one senator in the 94th United States Congress, from New York, who caucused with the Republicans
  • one representative in the 95th, 96th, 97th, 98th, and 99th United States Congress, from New York, who caucused with the Republicans
  • Former state-level parties include:

  • Conservative Party of South Carolina
  • Conservative Party of Virginia
  • New Jersey Conservative Party
