Coconut Oil is the debut EP written and conducted by singer and songwriter Lizzo. It was released on October 7, 2016 through Atlantic Records, making the EP Lizzo's first ever major-label release. It includes her lead single from the EP, "Good as Hell", which was released on May 11, 2016 as part of the soundtrack for the 2016 film Barbershop: The Next Cut.
