Clara Watkins McMaster (October 30, 1904 – March 18, 1997) was a member of the general board of the Primary of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for many years. As part of her calling she wrote many popular devotional children's songs, including "Teach Me to Walk in the Light," "My Heavenly Father Loves Me," "Reverently, Quietly" and "Kindness Begins with Me."

McMaster was raised in Brigham City, Utah and was a member of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir for 22 years.
