Els Goulmy (born 27 November 1946, The Hague) is professor of transplantation biology, especially regarding minor histocompatibility antigen, at Leiden University. She was awarded the Spinozapremie in 2002. She is the chair of the Dutch Network of Female Professors (Landelijk netwerk Vrouwelijke Hoogleraren).
