When Judge Maria Vargas is found dead by Mayor Flutie, Batman and Robin must find out who is behind the murder. Once they find out who it is, the duo face the likes of Two-Face and Mr. Freeze before they take on The Penguin in an all-out fight of good versus evil. But when The Penguin finds something out he shouldnt have, the future of Batman and Robin becomes uncertain.
