Synopsis

An escaped convict, heading to Los Angeles, has gotten hold of a canister of Cobalt-60, a substance dangerous enough to kill everyone in the city. What he doesn't know is that exposure to the element is slowly killing him, as the authorities try to locate him and the canister.
