Chuck Powers is an American-born voice actor and director in the animation industry.

Powers spent many years working in the US before relocating to Singapore. While he was there, He co-founded Voiceovers Unlimited, which specialized in the dubbing of foreign language animation into Singapore dialect English, including One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Digimon, Case Closed, Initial D and others.

Chuck has voiced scripts for clients including Disney, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, HBO, Volvo, Standard Chartered, Burger King, Volkswagen, and dozens more and has voiced hundreds of animated characters over the last twenty years.

In 2014, Chuck wrote and directed the animated feature film, RIBBIT, which received international theatrical distribution and won several awards including Best Family Film at the 2014 NIFF.

He is the co-founder of Creative Fuzion which co-produced several projects, including Zakumi, an animated series featuring the mascot of the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
