Christine "Chrissy" Michelle Metz is an American actress. She is best known for her roles in This Is Us as Kate Pearson, My Name Is Earl as Chunk, and American Horror Story: Freak Show as Barbara/Ima Wiggles.

Early life
Metz was born on September 29, 1980 in Homestead, Florida. She spent part of her childhood in Japan, while her father was in the U.S. Navy, and later moved to Gainesville, Florida.
Personal life
Metz married writer/director Martyn Eaden in 2008; the marriage ended in divorce in December 2015. In February 2017, she announced she was dating Josh Stancil, a cameraman.
