Contents

Cho is currently working on a new film Spirits' Homecoming, which tells the story of two Korean girls who are kidnapped by Japanese soldiers and forced to work in a so-called comfort station. After one of the girls dies, the two friends have a spiritual meeting years later with the help of a shaman. He originally planned to release it by August 15, 2015, in time for the 70th anniversary of Japan's surrender in World War II. But the theatrical release had to be delayed because the film had trouble finding a distributor.
