Charles "Charlie" Winslade (born 21 November 1931 — died 6 October 1993 (aged 61)) born in Maesteg, was a Welsh rugby union and professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1940s, 1950s, and 1960s, playing club level rugby union (RU) for Maesteg RFC, and playing representative level rugby league (RL) for Great Britain, and Wales, and at club level for Oldham, and Warrington, as a hooker, Second-row, or loose forward/lock, i.e. number 9, 11, 12 or 13, during the era of contested scrums, he died in Maesteg.
