Early life and education
Charlene was born and raised in the United Kingdom to Ghanian parents and studied Economics and Communication at the University of Buckingham.
Career
She began her professional career as a projects manager and often contracts to IT, Oil & Gas, and Civil Engineering companies in Europe. At age 19, Charlene found an interest in business and went into ecommerce for fashion jewellery and accessories, Employee incentives and later IT. Charlene identifies herself as a christian who believes her religion steered her guidance and direction.
