Charaxes fournierae, the euphaedra charaxes, is a butterfly in the Nymphalidae family. It is found in Guinea, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Cameroon, Gabon, the Republic of the Congo, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Rwanda and Uganda. The habitat consists of lowland evergreen forests.
