Chandrima bhattacharya
Chandrima Bhattacharya is an All India Trinamool Congress politician and acted as a minister in the first reshuffle of the ministry in January 2012 after Mamata Banerjee took over as Chief Minister. She was also made the junior Law Minister in October 2012. She was promoted as a cabinet minister and given independent charge of Judicial and Law Department, Government of West Bengal in November 2012.

She holds B.Com and LL.B. degrees. She was also a practising advocate in Calcutta High Court till the 2011 elections.
She had been elected a Member of the Legislative Assembly on a All India Trinamool Congress ticket from Kanthi Dakshin (Vidhan Sabha constituency) in 2011.
