Servin César Verdún (born 31 December 1993) is a Paraguayan footballer.

Career
Born in Capiata, Cesar started his career in Paraguay. In 2011, he was signed by Serie A club Palermo as part of their youth team, but never made his debut in the first team.
He was successively sold to Serie B's Verona, with whom he made his professional debut in 2012.
In July 2015 he moved to Serie D club Virtus Verona.
