Caxton FX is a UK-based foreign exchange, international payments and prepaid card provider based at Portland House in Westminster, London, England. It is a registered money service business with HM Revenue and Customs and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

History
The company was founded in 2002 by Rupert Lee-Browne a management consultant for financial and media groups with a background in IT and media start up companies.
The company focuses on three main services: foreign exchange deals, an online FastPay currency transfer service and three different pre-paid currency cards. The company also provides analysis, reports and forecasts on foreign currency markets and international and national economies.
In 2007, Caxton FX launched euro and US dollar currency cards and in 2009 launched a Global Traveller card.
In September 2011, Caxton FX issued four year non-transferable company bonds to raise £4m of working capital. The bonds were offered to retail investors as a means of raising funds and as an alternative to a bank loan for the company.
In 2014 Caxton FX expanded their international transfer service making it possible to sell euros from a Caxton FX FastPay account as well as the existing ability to buy 23 major currencies.
In April 2014 the company posted an annual turnover of 750 million pounds with a 12-month predicted turnover of 1 billion pounds.
As at December 2016 there is the option to buy & sell 23 different currencies using the company's online payments system.
Sponsorship
In 2012 Caxton FX announced a 2-year deal as the official currency exchange sponsor of British Skier Chemmy Alcott.
Continuing their support of British sporting talent, 2014 has seen Caxton FX sign Ladies European Golf star Melissa Reid on a one-year contract.
