Maria Candela Vetrano Vega, known professionally as 'Candela Vetrano', is an Argentine actress. She was born on August 9th 1991 to Virginia Vega and Héctor Vetrano in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Vetrano has two sisters, Paulina and Julieta, who is also an actress, as well as one stepbrother, Facundo. Candela started studying at University in 2012 and has attended musical comedy classes in New York City. She also enjoys knitting, photography, and painting.

Her early television credits include Agrandadytos, Rincón de luz, Floricienta, Chiquititas Lindalucy and 'Casi Ángeles. Her first lead role came in 2011 with Supertorpe and was joined by Pablo Martinez.
