Calahoo is a hamlet in Alberta, Canada within Sturgeon County. It is located on Highway 37 near the Sturgeon River, approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) northwest of Edmonton's city limits. It has an elevation of 680 metres (2,230 ft).

The hamlet is located in census division No. 11 and in the federal riding of Westlock-St. Paul. It is named after the Michel Calihoo Reserve established in 1878 on 25,600 acres under Treaty 6.

Demographics

As a designated place in the 2016 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, Calahoo recorded a population of 85 living in 31 of its 32 total private dwellings, a change of 2998455000000000000♠−54.5% from its 2011 population of 187.
