Cabeça dos Tarrafes, also written as Cabeça dos Tarafes (Cape Verdean Creole: Kabésa d Tarraf) is a village in the eastern part of the island of Boa Vista, Cape Verde. The village is located about 21 km southeast of the island capital of Sal Rei. It is one of the easternmost communities in Cape Verde. The settlement is named after the abundance of flowers "tarrafes" founded in the area, then simply dominated the whole island when it was founded in the 17th and the 18th centuries. Nearby places include João Galego and Fundo das Figueiras.

Its famous festivities is the festival of Saint John celebrated along with two adjaent communities.
