Busitema is a settlement in eastern Uganda. It is the location on the Main Campus of Busitema University, one of the five (5) public universities in Uganda.

Busitema is located approximately 12.5 kilometres (7.8 mi), by road, northwest of Busia, where the district headquarters are located. This location is approximately 29 kilometres (18 mi), by road, southwest of Tororo, the largest town in the sub-region.
