Burj Kandhari (Punjabi: ਬੁਰ੍ਜ ਕੰਧਾਰੀ) is a village in Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar district of Punjab State, India. It is located 8.7 kilometres (5.4 mi) away from Phagwara, 18 kilometres (11 mi) from Banga, 29 kilometres (18 mi) from district headquarter Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar and 122 kilometres (76 mi) from state capital Chandigarh. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village.

As of 2011, Burj Kandhari has a total number of 141 houses and population of 654 of which 322 include are males while 332 are females according to the report published by Census India in 2011. The literacy rate of Burj Kandhari is 80.72%, higher than the state average of 75.84%. The population of children under the age of 6 years is 73 which is 11.16% of total population of Burj Kandhari, and child sex ratio is approximately 921 as compared to Punjab state average of 846.
