Burger Urge is a Brisbane-based Gourmet Burger chain founded by brothers Sean and Colby Carthew in 2007, as a small local restaurant on Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley. Sean and Colby had returned from working as leading international male runway models to create Australia's best gourmet burger.

As of 2016, Burger Urge has grown to 19 restaurants within Queensland and will open stores in New South Wales and the Northern Territory in 2017.
