Broken Hands are an English alternative rock band from Canterbury, UK.

Contents

The band's debut album "Turbulence" was released in the UK in October 2015 and in the rest of the world in 2016 on the SO Recordings label. The album was produced by Tom Dalgety at Rockfield Studios.

In 2014 the band were playlisted by BBC Radio 1. Single "Meteor" was playlisted by BBC 6 Music and Radio X in 2015 and the band recorded an audio and visual live performance at the BBC's Maida Vale studios in 2016.

The band have supported acts including The Cult, Catfish and the Bottlemen, Band Of Skulls and Deaf Havana and performed at the Reading and Leeds Festival, Isle Of Wight Festival, Sonisphere and British Summertime Concerts with the likes of The Rolling Stones, Black Sabbath and Blur.

In 2014 the band performed at SXSW in Austin Texas, 2015 at CMJ Music Marathon in New York and 2016 at Canadian Music Week in Toronto.
